About Brazos Valley Interpreters for the Deaf
Brazos Valley Interpreters for the Deaf (BVID) is a local chapter of the Texas Society of Interpreters for the Deaf (TSID). BVID serves the Brazos Valley area, which includes Bryan, College Station, and Huntsville, Texas.
- BVID was established to serve interpreters working in and around Brazos Valley.
- BVID meets regularly to plan and provide for the continuing educational needs of interpreters.
- BVID provides full day workshops for interpreter development on issues determined by its members. These are typically provided each Fall and Spring semester.
